What is Astrology?
Since the dawn of Antiquity, Astrology has played its role in the affairs of humanity and its popularity persists today. The term means “knowledge of the stars” as such, astrology was not only used to predict future events, it also included as a by-product the subject now called Astronomy. It is not surprising that people are pushed by the signs of Heaven when the planets of the stars can be calculated exactly!
The new civilization inherited the astrology of the old, with it, the scope of ancient science was extended. Birthstones were associated with the constellations forming the signs of the zodiac.
Metals have been identified with planets, gold with the sun, silver with the moon, mercury, because of its elusive quality, with its namesake, Mercury. All worldly things can be interpreted astrologically.
All sciences owe a lot to astrology. When astrology is not discredited, the chickadee simply returns to its original purpose, that of determining the shape of things to come. It is a fact that when Tycho Brahe, the great astronomer, sees the comet of 1577 and A Prince born in Finland would become a great Swedish king and invade Germany, meeting his death in the year 1632. This astrological prediction was accomplished by King Gustavus Adolphus of Sweden. But astronomers have not yet discovered if Tycho’s Comet will ever come back. People want to know what their birthmarks and planetary influences can mean to them. Often, they would like to check these results for themselves. This can be done through a study of the pages of these three chapters. There, the science of the stars is carefully explained.
In almost every spiritual text mention is made of DESTINY.
What is it?
To keep people in ignorance and in a state of subjection, some religious leaders especially in the Western Hemisphere prefer to be silent on this very important subject, because, as the title indicates, this knowledge will free us of the ignorance we were kept in.
People will have done everything to hide the Truth, it will eventually shine.
Since our earliest childhood, we have been told that: Our destiny is when we die that God judges us, and then we will go to heaven or to hell according to what we deserve._ (Little Christian Catechism.)
It would have been true, if the question had been asked differently, such as: What will be our ultimate destination after death? Without wanting to lend any human intention to God in his judgment.
