NEW LIGHT ON THE BIBLE, CAIN AND ABEL

Cain and Abel

(GEN 4: 1-18)

In light of the previous chapter on Good and Evil, this will be a little easier to follow and may make sense, even if it is the opposite of all accepted theories of this story.

In this story, some very pertinent questions are

1-: Why did Cain kill Abel for such a small cause?

2-Why did Jehovah God protect Cain after the murder, with a mark on his forehead?

3- Where did Cain go from Jehovah’s presence?

4-Where was the land of Nod, where Cain took a wife, and who was she when only a few souls existed on the earth?

“And Adam knew Eve his wife, and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have obtained a man of the Lord (with the help of Jehovah.)” (GEN 4: 1) All dramas are generally symbolic corrective measures for balance. No matter how unjust they seem to our sensory awareness, there is a deeper purpose that we cannot understand.

The need for correction comes from a deeper cause in the depth of the soul itself. The administrative power in each region must ensure justice and balance.

  1. Cain was the eldest son, “obtained with the help of Jehovah”. He is a symbol of the true spirit in the causal field of Trikuti. ‘’Sanskrit word’’ meaning (Heavenly Jerusalem)

Abel was the youngest son and symbolizes the substance of the mind that cares for the flocks of the animal world – desires and sensations, He healed the flocks, and represents the lower mind and the desire to fulfill the desires of the senses. Herds symbolize the thoughts and desires of the lower spirit. In ancient times, and even today in some foreign countries, the eldest son dominates the youngest. The holocaust brought by everyone before Jehovah symbolizes their activity. “And you will be his desire and you will reign over him.” (Genesis 4: 7) Thus spoke Jehovah to Cain. The God of this world accepts and approves the action of the senses, symbolized by the sacrifice of animals; but not the hard work of concentration and inner attention, represented by the fruits of the earth offered by Cain. Nevertheless, the above quotation is a partial admission of Cain’s position and the desire to kill his lower mind and “reign over him”, which he did.
