Explanations given by Kabir Sahib, one of the most revered saints in India to his disciple Dharum Das:
Brahma said: “Mother, listen carefully: the Vedas (scriptures) have come to the conclusion that there is a Purush (Father) who is in a hidden form.” Adhya said: “Listen, my son Brahma: there is no creator other than me.
I have created the three worlds, and I alone have created the seven oceans.” Brahma said to Adhya: “I believe you, you have done all this: but why did you hide this before? The Vedas say that there is an Alakh Niranjan Sat Purush. If you are the creator, why did you not think of it before? – You have made the Vedas: why have you mentioned the Alakh Niranjan as the creator?
VERSE
If you have created everything by yourself, then, mother, why have you not written this in the Vedas?
Don’t play tricks on me, tell me the truth.” When Brahma showed his stubbornness, Adhya thought about what to do.
Kabir said to Dharam Das, “How can I make him understand? He doesn’t believe me.
If I tell him about Niranjan, how will he accept it? Moreover, Niranjan told me that no one can have his darshan = His vision.
If I tell him that he is invisible, how can I make him see?” Thinking carefully, she said to her son, “Alakh Niranjan does not give his darshan.” Brahma said, “Tell me where he is, and don’t worry about the pros and cons. I don’t believe your words; I don’t like this matter. First you want to deceive me, now you say, “He does not give darshan, so you will not have darshan.”
Don’t say such useless things.
3. THE CREATION OF THE LOWER WORLDS HYMN
Give me his darshan right away. I do not count on you anymore. Dispel my doubts, do not delay a moment. His mother said, “Listen, Brahma! I tell you the truth. His head is in the seventh heaven and his feet are in the seventh lower world.
HYMN
If you want his darshan, take a flower in your hand and go and bow your head before him.” Hearing this, Brahma turned towards the earth with his head bowed. His mother thought,
“He does not obey me. The Vedas have taught him this, but he will not be able to have his darshan. » Ashtangi said, “Listen, my child: Alakh Niranjan is your father. But dear son, you will never have his darshan; I say this with full understanding.” Hearing this, Brahma was disturbed. In his mind remained the determination to have his father’s darshan. Bowing his head to his mother, he decided that only after having his father’s darshan would he return. He immediately started moving northwards, rapidly. Vishnu went to the nether world; he also wanted his father’s darshan. But Mahesh did not let his attention waver. He did not utter a word; he simply continued to serve his mother. Shivaji did not worry. He kept his attention on serving his mother.
Many days passed while the mother was worried about her children. Vishnu returned from his search and narrated how he had not seen her feet.
