Don’t be afraid 2

I could have entitled this text:

Controversy Resolved 2“, but I chose “Don’t Be Afraid 2“.

Why?

The following is an excerpt from the same chapter: “The WORK”, taken from the novel by Guy Des Cars (Cathédrale de Haine) that I used in the text Controversy resolved to explain why Gina Boyer did not go into depth on certain points that earned her criticism after her invitation by the journalist Wendell Théodore, star host of the program “Le Point” on the prestigious Radio and Television Metropole stations. This appearance sparked many discussions, even though the host was in a humorous mood that day, and the guest was like a freshly bloomed rose 🌹 from which everyone wanted a petal, but some were caught in the thorns, which I tried in several interventions to remove and apply a bandage by explanations that would allow the torch lit by Gina to follow its path like an Olympic torch.

As I finished listening to a report on a YouTube psychic named Jeane Dixon who had predicted current events in a world on the brink of world war, I was getting ready to leave with my wife, as I do every morning, to drop off our five-year-old grandson at her special school for autistic children. I then decided to finish reading the chapter in question, which consisted of the testimony of a man suspected of murder, collected by a journalist who followed him, because he was the victim’s successor. Although the police, who had already interrogated him, found nothing to incriminate him, the journalist was convinced that he still had things to say about the death of his predecessor, the master builder of a cathedral planned in the heart of Paris, a project that had aroused much jealousy and hatred among clerics, politicians and many others.

Especially after listening to the predictions of this clairvoyant, which corroborated a text I had written entitled “End of the World”, where I quoted another clairvoyant: Sylvia Brown, who had predicted the period of the SARS and Covid-19 pandemics, which would cause many deaths.

END OF THE WORLD, OR FINAL DISSOLUTION?

In the case of GUY DES CARS, who is reputed to be a novelist whom I believe I have read all the books, in this one, especially this chapter, one would never have imagined finding so many details likely to make more than one reader 😳 blush, such as: engineers, architects, kabbalists, astrologers, and what else. But above all, religious.

A testimony that, in my opinion, will make this journalist change his career.         He was completely influenced after hearing the story of the suspected man, simply because he was the successor of a little-known person. The story was more than convincing to make him lose control.

This is the kind of journalist we want in society: someone who serves society, who contributes to education through quality reporting, and whose neutrality allows the public to form its own opinion. “Don’t judge” should be among the vows pronounced in this noble profession that had to be highlighted in all circumstances.

This book dates from 1956 and may be out of print.

I scanned the entire chapter which allowed me to write two texts.

Here are the pages that inspired this text:

An excerpt from the interview the journalist received from the alleged murderer who became a safe ally which report will make him a beacon for his newspaper.

“You will have to work for many more years to succeed in executing to perfection this marble table which will approach, in our modern style, the admirable altar tables of the cathedrals of Rodez or Girona.

“The faithful should find on your work the flat band decorated with a string of diamonds which will be succeeded by a groove, itself followed by a rounded molding, which you will have provided from place to place with a guilloche ornament giving the idea of a ribbon wrapped around a stem. I would also like to see lobes in relief on a flowerbed, which would bear on the spandrel’s ornaments of an extreme variety, some of which would be stylized and others, by contrast, would imitate nature. I would like to see also on this marble table, the lanceolate leaf of Sagittarius and very small flowers with five petals reminiscent of forget-me-nots… These motifs, the style of which may seem strange to you, will be the witnesses of an art, yours, very original, which will in no way be linked to ancient art but in which the scholar will nevertheless find some rather notable relations with certain decorative elements of Hispano-Moorish sculpture. »
